Disintegration #003 / BLOWN TO BITS - "Devastation Across The Land, Spewing and Churning Bodies of Man" 7" EP. This is the first vinyl release from San Francisco's leading D-Beat punx. Five tracks that draw their inspiration from the working class, working poor reality of life on the flipside of the so called American Dream. First press was 500 on black vinyl. Cover design and logo by Jay Unidos.

BLOWN TO BITS are: Jake (Guitar), Nick (Drums), Patrick (Bass), Jim (Vocals)

Biography: Jake was formerly in EXITWOUND (Oakland), and when that band broke up he jammed with Nick, who was fomerly in the MURDERERS, and then they jammed with Rueben Lunatic, also formerly of EXITWOUND and later CRUEVO, but then they asked Patrick to join instead after his old band VLAD THE IMPALER broke up. Jim was formerly squatting.

Other Releases: Demo cassette that was limited to about a dozen. It featured the same songs that are on the 7" EP. The vinyl release was remastered by Noah"Neurosis"Landis in Oakland in late 2001.

"Devastation" EP is down to 300 (From second Press), but we are currently awaiting new covers for those copies. I'll post an update when they are ready to be ordered.

Blown To Bits has just released their second EP - "Fuck American Xenophobia" on Battlekry Records from Michigan (USA). First Press is 500 on clear vinyl. Cover design by G.I. Jim, layout by Patrick. These and their tracks on the UGZ/Six Weeks Compilation will be the last to feature former frontman G.I. Jim. The band has kicked it into a higher gear and moving foward with Patrick on lead vocals, and a new guitar player (Jess) has also been added to the beef up their sound!

Blown To Bits has two tracks on the "Disturbing The Peace" compilation that was a collaboration between Urban Guerrilla Zine & Six Weeks Records. Listen to "Axis Of Evil"
