LANA
DAGALES - S/T - EP
: This the Power Violence duo from Oakland that you may have seen
at any of their numerous Gilman appearances, or maybe you've checked
them out on Slap A Ham's SHORT, FAST, AND LOUD compilation. This
is the first 7" LANA DAGALES released (the second 7"
was put out by Satan's Pimp), and it was pressed by Boredom Noise
Records in Oakland, California.
The minimum wholsale order for this record is 5 copies. The wholesale price per record is $2 each.
URKO

URKO hails from the UK, and they are active in the scene in many
ways, such as writing and publishing zines, booking shows at local
clubs, and hosting touring bands when they find themselves in
the North of England. As a band they may be untouchable at this
moment in time. URKO is -without doubt - at the height of their
musical powers. This new 7" release on Disintegration Records
from Berkeley is a mix of both Japanese and Scandanavian influences.
Comparisons have been made to great bands like WOLFPACK.
The minimum order for this record is 5 copies. The wholesale price per record is $2 each. For an order of ten records or more the wholesale price becomes $1.80 each.

GUERRILLA ZINE CD COMPILATION #1 - This is the first compilation to be
inspired by URBAN GUERRILLA ZINE, which has surfaced ten different
times to stir the shit. The compilation features tracks from a
range of d.i.y. bands such as: CATHETER, HEAD HITS CONCRETE, LANA
DAGALES, ASTRID OTO, URKO, BRAINBLOODVOLUME, MEDICATION TIME,
and many more! Now read carefully because there are a few diffrent
ways of ordering for your distro.

Issue #10 - Ten issues
already! Yes, it's true. This special issue features contributors
such as Aaron Cometbus, Jerme Spew, Jay Dead, Joe Franke, Pat
GRIMPLE, Judd Hawk, and an in depth QandA with the legendary Dave
Chavez, formerly of SICK PLEASURE, CODE OF HONOR, VERBAL ABUSE,

Issue
#9 - UGZ returns with a jam packed issue that touches base with
punx like SOCIAL INFESTATION, THE NEIGHBORS, SLOWDEATH, MRBRAINOIL,
CATHETER, and Ted Falconi from FLIPPER. There is also an interesting
QandA with the editors from Knuckle Express Zine which covers
every topic from police shoot outs to being 86'ed from the Gilman
Street project. Not to mention the usual record and zine reviews.

Issue
#8 - This issue features cover art by Tony Easely who has most
recently been responsible for the new PLUTOCRACY LP cover. UGZ
#8 strikes up some QandA sessions with my favorite band FLEAS
AND LICE, as well as a lengthy QandA with Sty Zine editor Icki
[Mark Murmann] who has also done some time as a coordinator at
MRR, as well as writing columns for many other prominent mags.
Some UGZ regulars return for a column or two, and Sam Bortnick
is featured in our Galleria with his photos of local bands such
as GRIMPLE, PIG IRON, FLESHIES, TOTIMOSHI, and the RED STARS.
There are numerous record and zine reviews, plus a book review
or two.
